Kewl Tune is still undoubtedly the best Deck, although it can feel a bit weak/underwhelming if you don't pilot it perfectly, especially when you peek at your Opponent's hand and they have TTT/Thrust, Droplet, F&V, vision & Eldam, to name one of the many broken hands people open. The deck is also extremely weak going 2nd, and heavily depends on stopping your opponent to be able to win (which is why I'm running 21 Handtraps).

Notes:

1. Decklist is quite Standard, although I did play around with it heavily on my climb. Tested Breaker KT, Impulse & Purge KT, played around with a lot of ratios, and tested exotic stuff such as Gnomaterial/Contact "C" (was getting exclusively Zoodiac variants at some point on the very early days of the Season). Eventually, I decided to cut Impulse because although it makes your going 1st immensely stronger, you really don't want to use it going 2nd, and always keep it as a last resort, which is obviously not ideal (unlike Purge which doesn't kill your entire Main Deck, Impulse does). Breaker KT is also interesting in theory, but you end-up lacking Tuners, and to be honest a lot of Decks will FTK you even if you have a few breakers (e.g., Elfnote), while you may have won if you stopped them cold with Handtraps.
2. Not playing Droll because I think it is heavily suboptimal, the Strongest Decks around can easily play around it if the player is proficient. Maxxed out on Mourners, as I think it is quite strong this Format, way better than Ogre (this format), and also helps stopping your opponent entirely alongside other baby HTs.
3. Tested Desires a bit, but decided to cut it eventually since it hurts a bit with the KT hits. Also tested Talent a bit, but a lot of times it wasn't live (classic problem with the card, in theory it is the best card in the game until you can't use it). Maxxed out on DG for consistency, and played 2 JJ to balance out the Rotary losses (tried 3 for a bit but was drawing multiples too often, classic MD).
4. Also tried F&V Package, but it didn't feel good enough going 2nd, as it isn't going to break a strong, fully setup board. You need to stop them from setting it up, not the other way around. Tried Psy-frames a bit too but got tired of drawing Driver every single duel. Rest of the list is pretty Standard.
